Slot: Consent to store record for next year's survey (record_retention_consent)
Consent can be given to store the entire record for next year's survey, such that no information has to be re-entered. If no consent it given, the record is deleted once this year's survey has been completed. Note that the DFG will retain all information submitted to them.
